Edmonton 2 (1/1)

After a few days in Saskatoon, I caught a ride back to Edmonton with my friend Davin.

Mmm...pie.
Bison. (At Elk Island. wtf.)
Lots of Bison.
Big Bison.
Birds. Through a telescope.
Mushrooms. Lots of mushrooms.
Julia, casually relaxing in the muddy ground with coffee.
(She fell down.)
Froggy! Okay, toad.
Julia wouldn't let me eat it.

Random photo.
Errr..see that path? That's where we needed to go. These animals are very large. Luckily, they are also scared of people, and cleared out.
Closer.
This guy seemed to be ostracized from the group. I guess he didn't fit in. Maybe he tried to hump the alpha male's chick-buffalo.
Poo.
Poo. (Probably raccoon.)
They wouldn't let me eat these, either.
..or this one...
Leg. Dead.
Other miscellaneous body parts. No foul play was suspected.
I think that white stuff is a fungus growing on the mushroom. How ironic.
A map of where we were.

Illicit carrot threesome.
I dunno why there was a Euro sign in the middle of Edmonton. But it made me feel cosmopolitan.
Strange architecture I found walking around. These appear to be normal-people houses.

There were these strange stencils all over the place.

Nicely painted building. Edmonton is rich, due to oil.
"I'm a real scientist!"
Part of this complete breakfast. (Thanks Julia!)
